CEO
Ian is a seasoned Software Project Manager who specializes in guiding companies through seamless transitions to Amazon Web Services (AWS), delivering scalable and cost-effective cloud solutions. With over five years of experience in software project management, he has successfully led cross-functional teams to migrate complex systems on time and on budget. Ian’s expertise lies in facilitating tailored AWS adoption strategies that align with business goals, from infrastructure setup to web applications and site services.
Outside of work Ian enjoys time with family in the great Appalachian outdoors by participating in Spartan races, camping, and trail runs. He is a Sergeant in the Tennessee National State Guard.
Joelparkin Achankeng
Tech Lead
Joelparkin Achankeng is a full-stack web developer with deep expertise in building scalable, cloud-based web applications using Amazon Web Services (AWS). With hands-on experience developing and maintaining serverless architectures, deploying Single Page Applications (SPAs), and integrating AWS services into modern tech stacks, Joel helps organizations deliver high-performance, secure, and cost-effective web solutions. His work often involves customizing infrastructure for WordPress, Vue, PHP, .NET and React-based applications, optimizing them for speed, reliability, and seamless cloud integration.
When he’s not coding, Joel enjoys exploring new technologies, contributing to open-source projects, and staying active in the developer community.
Nikos Katsikanis
Software Engineer
Nikos Katsikanis is a senior software engineer with over seventeen years of software development and team-leading experience. With a strong focus on web technologies and security using agile methodologies, Nikos has designed and led the building of complex systems for Moneycorp, Centrica, finance and retail sectors.
His key strengths lie in evaluating and applying recent technologies to traditional settings such as finance, retail, broadcasting and non-profits. He can also communicate with customers and has conducted various workshops and speaking engagements. He is also able to manage multiple projects at once on time and within budget.
George Price
Full-Stack Developer
George is a full-stack software engineer with extensive experience at innovative tech companies including Playcast.io, Reach Robotics, and Nyriad. He specializes in bridging frontend and backend solutions, with expertise in containerization, API infrastructure, and distributed systems on AWS.
George excels at managing cross-functional projects and implementing robust, scalable solutions. A Computer Science graduate from the University of Waikato, he’s now based in Wollongong, Australia, where he enjoys collaborative development, open-source contributions, and tackling complex distributed systems challenges.
